WHAT TO EXPECT
Green Day was one of the most popular and influential bands of the 90s and early 2000s. Their fun, high-energy music helped bring punk into the mainstream. Throughout this 5-day music camp, we’ll explore hits from some of their most popular albums, such as “Dookie,” “Warning,” “Insomniac,” “American Idiot” and beyond. At the end of the week, students will put on a live performance. Great for students 7-18 years of age who have had some previous instruction.
Students can expect an exciting and educational week of learning music taught by our talented camp instructors. Each day, students will be asked to bring lunch, snacks, water and hearing protection.
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Camp runs Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm each day. Each day will consist of rehearsals, practice time & fun music-based game & activities. On Friday, campers will play and perform the songs they’ve been working on throughout the week!
What to Bring?
Campers must bring their own lunch each day.
Guitarists should bring straps, picks, extra strings, etc.
Drummers should bring their own drumsticks.
Campers must bring their own hearing protection (available for purchase).
Lifelong skills and relationships are born here. The staff shares their passion for music and are very professional and accommodating. Wish I had this type of exposure to music when I was growing up!
