Rookies is the perfect first step into music. At School of Rock Doylestown, kids ages 6 to 7 explore rhythm instruments, learn simple songs, and play musical games in a fun, welcoming setting. Ear training, song structure, rhythm patterns and group playing are all part of this week-long introduction to music. Students will also learn about the different rock instruments and begin their introduction to music theory and music appreciation.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Camp runs Monday - Friday, 9am - 12pm each day
Each day consists of rehearsals, practice time, fun music-based games and activities. On Friday, campers will play and perform the songs they’ve been working on throughout the week!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Students can look forward to an exciting and inspiring week of music led by our talented camp instructors. Each day, campers should bring snacks and water to stay comfortable and ready to rock.
