Camp Description

Want to begin your journey into the world of music? Ear training, song structure, rhythm patterns and group playing are all part of this three-day introduction to music. Campers will learn about all the different rock instruments and begin learning music theory and music appreciation. Campers will also have the opportunity to try playing as many of the instruments as they wish.

NOTE: This camp does not include a performance.

Who this camp is for

This summer camp is designed for beginners 7-10 years old who have little to no experience with music.

This camp runs from 12:00pm to 3:00pm for three days.

NOTE: Please allow extra time for arrival due to train crossings in the area.

what to expect

Campers can expect an exciting, educational, and fun three days of learning music taught by our talented camp instructors. Each day, campers will be asked to bring snacks, water and hearing protection.

The Rock 101 Explorer 3-Day camp does not qualify for camp discounts and promotions.

Cancellation policy & CAMP TRANSFER DEADLINE

Cancellations made 15 days prior to the camp start date have two options: 1) 85% credit toward a new enrollment membership for one of our year-round programs -new students only- OR 2) a 50% refund.

Cancellations within 14 days of the 1st day of camp are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Enrollment transfer between camps can be done up to APRIL 30, 2026.
