Spring 2026 Performance Program
Welcome to the Spring 2026 season! We're so happy to have you with us. We have a couple basic things below for anyone who is curious as to how the Spring Performance season will be ran. If you have been with us in the past, most of this is probably not new to you. Simply scroll down to the Important Dates section to see what you need to know that specifically pertains to the Spring Season! Any first-timers or late joiners, feel free to read all of this document to learn how we run a standard season!
What To Expect
We will be casting in three phases as usual this Spring. The first phase will put all students on equal footing in terms of song count. As students master these songs, we will begin to introduce the next phase, and so on. During the second and third phases every student will still receive new songs, but some students may receive more than others depending on attendance, work ethic, etc.
Students may also be asked to understudy on a song. This will help on days where certain players don’t make it to rehearsal, or if a student has to miss the Midseason or End of Season Showcase.
Attendance Policy
We understand that our students are very busy, and sometimes have to miss their rehearsal. Please make sure to call or email the school if you know your student will be absent, preferably at least 24 hours in advance. This helps instructors plan the best rehearsal possible. Please note that students with better attendance can end up with more songs than students with poorer attendance.
