“Truly my biggest inspirations are my music teachers… the fundamentals they taught me give me the confidence to experiment.”

“Isaac Brock. I'm a big Modest Mouse fan…”

“My favorite is seeing the pieces fall into place… hearing songs come together is really exciting!”

4. A student success story that makes you proud?
“A keyboard student over the summer really blew me away playing Tutti Frutti… and helped the band move through the song.”

5. Best age to start lessons?
“Any age is the right age to start music… and practice at home!”

6. Do beginners need experience?
“Not at all. Even students without experience leave my lessons having played through a song.”

7. What styles do you teach?
“Pop rock, punk and metal.”

“The audience does not know if they make a mistake… everything is less scary with a team.”
